Abstract
U ovom radu opisane su ozljede na radu i profesionalne bolesti kroz više segmenata, od samih definicija i razumijevanja razlika između ozljeda na radu i profesionalnih bolesti do samog postupka prijave i ispunjavanja obrazaca prilikom dobivanja informacija o nastanku ozljede na radu ili profesionalne bolesti u tvrtki koja nas je kontaktirala, do mjera za smanjenje nastanka prvenstveno ozljeda na radu koja su češća od profesionalnih bolesti te educiranja radnika o obvezi nošenja osobnih zaštitnih sredstava. Kako je prevencija ozljeda na radu ili profesionalnih bolesti jedna od temeljnih zadaća naše struke smatram da je vrlo bitno poznavati i razumjeti na temelju već postojećih ozljeda kako educirati same radnike ali podsjetiti i nas same kako rutinske poslove koje pojedini radnik obavlja to radi na način propisan svim pravilima zaštite na radu, a i objašnjenim prilikom osposobljavanja radnika za rad na siguran način i to na teorijskom i praktičnom dijelu osposobljavanja.
Abstract (english)
In this graduate paper work injuries and accupational diseases was studied trough mulitple segments, from the definitions themselves and understanding of the difference between work injury and occupational illnes to the application process it self and the completion of the forms when obtaining information on the occurrence of work injury or occupational disease in the company that contacted us, to the measures to reduce the occurrence of injuries at work that are more frequent from professional illness and educating workers about the obligation to wear personal protective equipment. Since prevention of work injury or occupational diseases is one of the core tasks of our profession, I believe it is very important to know and understand based on existing injuries how to educate the workers themselves, but also remind ourselves how the routine jobs that an individual worker performs works in a manner prescribed by all the rules on occupational safety, as well as explained in the training of workers to work safely on the theoretical and practical part of the training.
