Abstract
Zbog sve bržeg načina života, u današnjem svijetu, život bez automobila nam je nezamisliv. Prije su automobili bili luksuz i vozili su ih samo bogati, ali danas je to stvarno postala potreba i više manje svatko ga posjeduje. Zbog porasta broja automobila na cestama porasli su i zahtjevi za sigurnost automobila. Postoji velik broj proizvođača automobila, a samim time i velik broj firmi koje proizvode različite dijelove za te proizvođače. Svaka firma je proizvodila automobile s različitim stanjem kvalitete. Zbog različitih odstupanja u kvaliteti bilo je potrebno definirati normu koju bi svi proizvođači poštivali pri izradi proizvoda. Početna norma koja se uvela u sve proizvodne jedinice je ISO 9001. Ta norma je osiguravala sukladnost dijelova u svim granama industrije ne samo u auto industriji. Kako je rastao broj automobila na cestama bilo je potrebno definirati normu koja ima stroži pogled na sigurnost proizvoda vezanih za automobile. Tako 1999. nastaje norma ISO/TS 16949. Ona je nadogradnja na ISO 9001 i određuje zahtjeve za sustav upravljanja kvalitetom u razvoju i proizvodnji, montaži i servisiranju proizvoda za automobilsku industriju. Kao takva koristi se do 2016. godine kad prelazi u IATF 16949. U ovom radu detaljno ću opisati IATF normu, sve potrebne dokumente i dodatne zahtjeve u odnosu na klasičnu ISO 9001 normu.
Abstract (english)
Because of the ever-changing lifestyle, in today's world, life without a car is unthinkable to us. Before the cars were luxury and they were only for rich people, but today it really needs, and fewer everyone has it. Because it has increased the number of cars on the roads and the requirements for car safety. There are a large number of car manufacturers at the same time and a large number of companies that manufacture various parts for product manufacturing. Each company produces a car with different degrees of quality. Due to different quality deviations, it was necessary to define a norm that all manufacturers respect when making a product. The standard that is introduced in all production units is ISO 9001. This standard has ensured the conformity of parts in all branches of industry not only in the automotive industry. But as the number of cars on the road grew, it was necessary to define a norm that looks at the safety of car-related products. Thus in 1999. was established ISO/TS 16949. It is an upgrade to ISO 9001 and defines the requirements of a quality management system in the development and production, installation and servicing of products for the automotive industry. As such, it will be used until 2016. when it passes to IATF 16949. In this paper, IATF will be described in detail, with all necessary documents and additional requirements in relation to the classical ISO 9001 standard.
