Abstract
Grad Varaždin smatra se jednim od najposjećenijih turističkih destinacija kontinentalne Hrvatske. Svoj turistički razvoj temelji na tradiciji, kulturi te očuvanju kulturne baštine i prirodnih vrijednosti. Organizator je nekoliko manifestacija koji bitno utječu na razvoj ugostiteljske ponude. Grad Varaždin raspolaže različitim oblicima smještaja, a gastronomska ponuda se temelji na tradicionalnom varaždinskom kulinarstvu. U završnom radu se analizira ugostiteljska ponuda grada Varaždina. Prezentirana je inventarizacija ugostiteljskih objekata iz skupine hotela, restorana i barova. Poseban osvrt se daje na odabrani segment ugostiteljske ponude na primjeru hotelskog smještaja Park Boutique Hotela Varaždin.
Abstract (english)
The city of Varaždin is considered one of the most visited tourist destinations in continental Croatia. Its tourism development is based on tradition, culture and the preservation of cultural heritage and natural values. He is the organizer of several events that significantly affect the development of the hospitality supply. The city of Varaždin has various forms of accommodation, and the gastronomic supply is based on traditional Varaždin cuisine. The final paper analyzes the hospitality supply of the city of Varaždin. An inventory of hospitality facilities from the group of hotels, restaurants and bars was presented. Special attention is given to the selected segment of the hospitality supply on the example of hotel accommodation Park Boutique Hotel Varaždin.
