Abstract
U svrhu zaštite zdravlja i života ljudi potrebno je znati pravila ponašanja u opasnom području radnoga mjesta. Tvrtke moraju biti osviješćene i imati potrebno vodstvo da se brinu o svojim radnicima. Zdrav i siguran radnik je najbolji radnik. Cilj ovog rada je prepoznati buduće potencijalne probleme i nedostatke u radnom ciklusu u svrhu sprečavanja nezgoda radnika i materijalnih troškova. Ovim radom bit će rekonstruirani događaji koji su se desili 12.veljače i 10. ožujka 2014. godine. Bit će prikazano što je bio uzrok i koje su posljedice imali radnici, a koje tvrtka. Govorit će se o kulturi sigurnosti u rafineriji Tesoro Martinez i kako se vodstvo odnosilo prema radnicima. Također će biti prikazano je li je bitan samo prihod odnosno zarada ili i zdravlje radnika. Navedeni incidenti bit će razrađeni korak po korak kako bi se prikazao način na koji je došlo do njihova nastanka te je li nastanak štetnog događaja mogao izbjeći i po kojoj cijeni.
Abstract (english)
In order to protect the health and lives of people, it is necessary to know the rules of conduct in the dangerous area of the workplace. Companies need to be aware and have the necessary leadership to take care of their workers. A healthy and safe worker is the best worker. The aim of this paper is to identify future potential problems and shortcomings in the work cycle in order to prevent worker accidents and material costs. This work will reconstruct the events that took place on February 12 and March 10, 2014. It will be shown what was the cause and what the consequences were for the workers and which for the company. There will be talk about the safety culture at the Tesoro Martinez refinery and how the leadership treated the workers. It will also be shown whether only income or earnings or the health of workers is important. These incidents will be elaborated step by step in order to show how they occurred and whether the occurrence of a harmful event could have been avoided and at what cost.
