Abstract
U završnom radu na temu „Procjena opterećenja radnika kod uredskih poslova“ opisan je pojam ergonomije i kako ergonomija utječe na djelatnike koji radno vrijeme provode sjedeći za računalom. Navedeni su primjere pravilnog i nepravilnog sjedenja u uredu, računalna oprema kojom se koriste kao i načinu zaštite djelatnika i smanjenju rizika na njihovo zdravlje.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis, titled " Evaluation of of workload in an office environment" the effects ergonomics has on workers who spend their workdays in front of computers are described. Examples of correct and incorrect ways of sitting in an office, equipment workers use and ways workers can protect themselves and reduce health risks are also described
