Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu ovog rada objašnjava se značenje pojma rezne štance. Također se navode i definiraju postupci rezanja. Prikazuju se proces prosijecanja i probijanja. A na kraju, dan je opis konstrukcije reznih štanci i kako pomoću njih možemo napraviti automatizaciju proizvodnje. Eksperimentalni dio rada prikazuje usporedbu postojećeg i novog alata u cjelokupnom proizvodnom procesu. U eksperimentalnom dijelu dokazujemo veću produktivnost uvođenjem automatizacije u proizvodni proces, a optimizacijom konstrukcije alata možemo skratiti tehnološki postupak izrade povlakača, izbacivanjem operacije ravnanja platine povlakača.
Abstract (english)
The theoretical part of this paper explains the meaning of the term cutting die (known as Blanking and punching dies). Cutting process are also listed and defined. The process of blanking and punching are shown. And in closing, a description is given of the construction of cutting dies and how we can use them to automate production. The experimental part of the paper shows a comparison of existing and new tools in the entire production process. In the experimental part, we prove higher productivity by introducing automation in the production process, and by optimizing the construction of the die, we can shorten the technological process of making the trigger bar, by eliminating the operation of straightening the blank of the trigger bar.
