Abstract
Podaci su takozvano zlato 21. stoljeća. Bilo kakav moderni tip poslovanja ne može opstati bez prikupljanja, upravljanja i primjene podataka. To mogu biti podaci koje daju bolji uvid u poslovanje same firme i na taj način otkriva njene slabosti te kako bolje optimizirati tijek rada. Također, podaci o korisnicima proizvoda ili pružene usluge su jednako bitni jer na taj način se dobivaju relevantne informacije o tome kako prilagoditi proizvod ili uslugu prema korisnicima kako bi ga nastavili koristiti ili privukli nove korisnike. U radu je opisan razvoj procesa automatiziranja regalnog skladišta u moderni logistički centar. Analizom ulaznih podataka skladišta (broj, dimenzije i protok skladištene robe, DWG (engl. drawing) datoteke...) dobiva se jasna slika koja tehnologija će biti odabrana u fazi izrade projekta. Odabrano tehnološko rješenje bit će projicirano u tlocrt skladišta i na kraju se nalazi najbolji način na koji će investitor koristiti tehnološko rješenje i kako će WMS (engl. Warehouse Management System) dijeliti podatke pohranjene robe i radnih naloga s njihovim ERP (engl. Enterprise Resource Planning) sustavom.
Abstract (english)
Data is the so-called gold of the 21st century. Any modern type of business cannot survive without collecting, managing and applying data. These can be data that give a better insight into the business of the company itself and thus reveal its weaknesses and how to better optimize the workflow. Also, information about the users of a product or service provided is equally important because it provides relevant information on how to tailor the product or service to users in order to continue using it or attract new users. This paper describes the development of an automation process from a manual rack warehouse into a modern logistics center. By analyzing the input data of the warehouse (number, dimensions and flow of stored goods, DWG (drawing) file...) a clear picture is obtained on which technology will be selected in the project development phase. The selected technological solution will be projected into the warehouse floor plan and finally the best way for the investor to use the technological solution and how the WMS (Warehouse Management System) will share the data of stored goods and work orders with their ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is chosen.
