Abstract
U radu se analizira i ispituje stabilnost dentalnih vodilica za postavljanje dentalnih implantata. U uvodnom dijelu rada ističe se važnost stomatologije, njeni počeci te glavne grane. U okviru stomatološke djelatnosti posebna pažnja pridaje se implantologiji. Nakon toga analizira se tehnologija aditivne proizvodnje te njena primjena u medicini. Stereolitografija predstavlja tehnologiju aditivne proizvodnje koja ima najširi krug primjene. U središnjem dijelu rada osobita pozornost pridaje se svrsi, vrstama i tehnikama izrade dentalnih vodilica. Eksperimentalni dio rada odnosi se na izračunavanje stabilnosti za različite slučajeve oslanjanja dentalnih vodilica te usporedbu rezultata translacijske i rotacijske stabilnosti za lijevu i desnu polovicu zubnog luka. Ispitivanje stabilnosti provedeno je upotrebom računalnih programa GOM Inspect-a i MATLAB-a.
Abstract (english)
The paper analyzes and examines the stability of dental guides for dental implants. The introductory part of the paper emphasizes the importance of dentistry, its beginnings and the main branches. Within the dental activity, special attention is paid to implantology. After that, the technology of additive production and its application in medicine are analyzed. Stereolithography is an additive manufacturing technology that has the widest range of applications. In the central part of the paper, special attention is paid to the purpose, types and techniques of making dental guides. The experimental part of the paper deals with the calculation of stability for different cases of bearing support and comparison of translational and rotational stability results for the left and right halves of the dental arch. Stability testing was performed using GOM Inspect and MATLAB computer programs.
