Abstract
Suvremeno doba donosi sve više potresa i raznih nesreća koje iziskuju angažman stručnog, dobro uvježbanog i vrhunski opremljenog spasilačkog osoblja. U cilju sigurnog i pravovremenog spašavanja što većeg broja unesrećenih iz oštećenih ili urušenih objekata, potrebno je kontinuirano osposobljavati spasilačke postrojbe i ulagati u kvalitetnu opremu namijenjenu traženju u ruševinama i spašavanju nakon pronalaska istih. Obzirom da je u velikim nesrećama obično angažirano mnogo spasilačkih jedinica, potrebna je prije svega dobra koordinacija i komunikacija između njih kao i korištenje svih raspoloživih resursa koji će omogućiti sigurno spašavanje unesrećenih. Rad na ovakvom opasnom terenu iziskuje mnogo znanja i vještina angažiranih spasioca, ali i iznimno kvalitetnu opremu koja će prvenstveno zaštititi osoblje od svih opasnosti na koje na ovakvim područjima mogu naići, bilo da su to fizikalne, kemijske ili biološke štetnosti. Stoga je prije poduzimanja bilo kakvih radnji potrebno na vrijeme uočiti i prepoznati opasnosti kako bi se sukladno tome mogle poduzeti odgovarajuće mjere zaštite jer samo je dobro opremljen, osposobljen i uvježbani spasilac ključ uspjeha u spašavanju iz ruševina.
Abstract (english)
The modern age brings more and more earthquakes and various accidents that require the engagement of professional, well-trained and highly equipped rescue staff. In order to safely and timely rescue as many victims as possible from damaged or collapsed buildings, it is necessary to continuously train rescue units and invest in quality equipment intended for searching in ruins and rescuing after finding them. Given that large disasters usually involve many rescue units, good coordination and communication between them is needed, as well as the use of all available resources that will enable the safe rescue of the injured. Working in such a dangerous terrain requires a lot of knowledge and skills of engaged rescuers, but also quality equipment that will primarily protect staff from all the dangers they may encounter in such areas, whether physical, chemical or biological hazards. Therefore, before taking any action, it is necessary to identify and identify hazards in time so that appropriate protection measures can be taken accordingly, because only a well-equipped, trained and trained rescuer is the key to success in rescuing from the rubble.
