Abstract
U radu je prikazana usporedba između polimernog i aluminijskog kalupa za postupak injekcijskog prešanja. Provedena je računalna simulacija te izrada kalupa na strojevima. U teoretskom dijelu je pojašnjen pojam injekcijskog prešanja kao i elementi koji čine cjelokupni sustav injekcijskog prešanja. Najvažniji dio u sustavu za injekcijsko prešanje je kalup te su detaljno pojašnjene sve njegove komponente i funkcije. Također, kratko je opisan i postupak stereolitografije. Pri računalnoj simulaciji procesa injekcijskog prešanja korišten je programski paket Moldex3D te je opisana primjena istog.
Abstract (english)
The paper presents a comparison between a polymer and an aluminum mold for the injection molding process. Computer simulation and mold making on machines were performed. The theoretical part explains the concept of injection molding as well as the elements that make up the entire injection molding system. The most important part of an injection molding system is the mold and all its components and functions are explained in detail. Also, the process of stereolithography is briefly described. The Moldex3D software package was used in the computer simulation of the injection molding process, and its application is described.
