Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu radu su prikazana osnovna svojstva aluminija te podjela i označavanje aluminijevih legura. Nadalje je prikazana klasifikacija korozije te otpornost aluminijevih legura. U zadnjem poglavlju teorijskog dijela je obrađen postupak površinske zaštite eloksiranjem i vrste postupaka. Eksperimentalnim dijelom je napravljena površinska zaštita tvrdog eloksiranja pozicija od aluminijevih legura EN AW 5083 i EN AW 7075 i prikazani koraci postupaka uz odgovarajuće parametre svake faze. Cilj eksperimentlnog dijela je bio dati uvid u korake tvrdog eloksiranja te kontroli nastale debljine nanosa i samog izgleda elokisrane pozicije. Prilikom tvrdog eloksiranja legure EN AW 7072 dobiven je nanos od 23 mikrona dok kod eloksiranje legure EN AW 5083 sloj 32 mikrona. Dobiveni slojevi su i dalje relativno malih veličina pa ne predstavljaju problem osim ako je riječ o toleriranim mjerama kod kojih je onda potrebno obratiti pozornost adekvatnom predobradom ili odgovarajućim parametrima tvrdog eloksiranja.
Abstract (english)
The theoretical part of the thesis presents basic aliuminuim properties, as well as division, resistance and classification of aluminum alloys and corrosion classification. The last chapter of theoretical part brings an overview of anodising surface protection procedure. The surface protection, hard anodizing of objects made of aluminum alloys, EN AW 5083 and EN AW 7075, was made in the experimental part of the thesis. The aim of the experimental part was to give an insight into the steps of hard anodizing and to control the resulting coating thickness and the appearance of the anodized position. During the hard anodizing of the alloy EN AW 7072, a coating of 23 microns was obtained, while the anodizing of the alloy EN AW 5083 resulted in the layer of 32 microns. The resulting layers are still relatively small in size, so they do not pose a problem in production, unless there are tolerated measures, in which is then necessary to pay attention to adequate pre-treatment or appropriate hard anodizing parameters.
