Abstract
Rad je koncipiran u nekoliko cijelina. U prvom dijelu rada upoznati ćemo se ukratko s NDT metodama, fizikom zvuka i ultrazvuka, longitudinalnim i transverzalnim valovima, te zakonima rasprostiranja, refleksije i loma ultrazvučnih valova na granici dvaju sredstva. Nakon toga opisan je primcip rada ultrazvučne metode na primjeru puls – eho odjeka, upoznavanje odgovarajuće opreme za ultrazvučnu kontrolu sa shematskim prikazom ultrazvučnog uređaja i detaljnim prikazom sondi, različite tehnike ultrazvučnog ispitivanja te najznačajnije vrste prikaza signala i najčešća primjena ultrazvučne kontrole. Nakon teorijskog dijela provest će se eksperimentalni dio u kojem će biti prikazana metoda ultrazvučne kontrole na čeličnim šipkastim proizvodima. Ispitivanja se rade na ležajnim rukavcima pogonskog zupčanika i rotora turbine.
Abstract (english)
The work is compressed in several parts. In the first part of the work we will be shortly introduced with NDT methods, sound physics and ultra sound, longitudinal and transversal wawes, and the laws of propagation, reflection and refraction of ultrasonic wawes on the border of two matters. After that we have a description of the working principal of ultrasonic methods in the case of pulse-echo echo, introduction of appropriate equipment for ultrasound control with schematic images of ultrasonic devices and detailing the probes, various techniques of ultrasound tests and the most important types of display signals and the most common use of ultrasound control. After the theoretical part is done, there will be an experimental part carried out, of which will be provided a method of ultrasonic inspection on steel rod-shaped products. Tests are performed on plain bearing driving gear and the turbine rotor.
