Abstract
Lakoća pristupanja informacijama, gdje osoba može komunicirati s drugima u djeliću sekunde, neovisno o udaljenosti i vremenu, promijenila je način života u 21. stoljeću, osobito na području putovanja i turizma. Stoga ovaj završni rad ističe važnost upravljanja internet marketingom u svojstvu popunjavanja smještajnih kapaciteta kroz analizu i primjenu alata internet marketinga koja uključuje: osnovne alate internet marketinga, društvene mreže, internet pretraživače i oglašivače smještaja, mobilne aplikacije, te online posrednike i ponuđače smještaja u svijetu i Hrvatskoj. Cilj rada je pravilnom primjenom alata internet marketinga doći do željenih tržišta, te time povećati popunjenost smještajnih kapaciteta, isto je prikazano u ovom završnom radu, na primjeru obiteljskog hotela Korana – Srakovčić u Karlovcu.
Abstract (english)
Ease of access to information where a person can communicate to others in split second, notwithstanding space and time, has changed the way of living in 21st century, notably in term of travel and tourism. Therefore this final paper points out importance of internet marketing management which results in higher occupancy rate of tourist accommodation establishments, through analysis and correct application of internet tools such as: basic online marketing tools, social networks, online web searches and accommodation advertisers, mobile apps, online travel agencies and other accommodation providers in world as well as Croatia. The purpose of this final paper is to reach desired segment markets with correct application of internet marketing tools which should result in higher occupancy rate of tourist accommodation establishments, as shown in this final paper through example of boutique family hotel Korana – Srakovčić Karlovac.
