Abstract
Poduzeća se danas nalaze u vrlo promjenjivoj i dinamičnoj okolini, stoga je jako bitno da poduzeća raspolažu kvalificiranim i stručnim zaposlenicima, odnosno menadžerima. Kako bi poduzeće uspješno poslovalo, temelj za to im omogućava dobro postavljena organizacijska struktura. III Organizacijskom strukturom definira se rad svakog zaposlenika posebno, koji sudjeluje u stvaranju finalnog proizvoda ili usluge. U ovom radu objašnjena je organizacija poslovanja na temelju Društva „Laguna Novigrad d.d.“. Objašnjena je i sama organizacijska struktura, te radnici i odjeli koji sudjeluju u stvaranju finalnog proizvoda koji se na kraju dana prezentiraju gostima, odnosno krajnjem korisniku proizvoda ili usluga.
Abstract (english)
Companies are now in a very vibrant and dynamic environment, so it is very important that companies have qualified and professional staff and managers. To successfully operating company, the basis for it allows them to set a good organizational structure. Organizational structure defines the work of each individual employee who participates in the creation of the final product or service. This paper explains the organization of business based on the company "Laguna Novigrad d.d.". Explained the very organizational structure, as well as workers and departments that participate in the creation of the final product that is presented to the final costumer in the end of the day.
