Abstract
Sama riječ motivacija, označava razlog ili poticaj zbog kojeg je pojedinac manje ili više spreman nešto učiniti, tj. razlog zbog kojeg je netko manje ili više motiviran. Ljudi samomotivacijom mogu ispuniti određene želje ili potrebe. Ukoliko je motiv koji ih pokreće ključan u njihovom životu i sama samomotivacija će im biti na zavidnoj razini. Na taj način mogu brže i lakše doći do određenog cilja. Postoje dvije temeljne razine motivacije, to su preživljavanje i uspjeh. U poslovnom svijetu motivacija igra vrlo važnu ulogu, bitno je znati na koji način motivirati zaposlenike ali i nadležne. Opći cilj ovog rada bio je prikazati načine motivacije kojima čovjek može dostići osobne, ali i poslovne ciljeve.
Abstract (english)
The word motivation signifies the reason or incentive that an individual is more or less willing to do something, i.e. the reason that someone is more or less motivated. People can fulfill certain desires or needs by self motivation. If the motive that triggers them is crucial in their life, then self motivation will be on the enviable level too. On that way they can make it faster and easier to reach a certain goal. There are two fundamental levels of motivation-survival and success. In the business world, motivation plays a very important role. Important thing is to know how to motivate employees and competent. The general aim od this paper was to present ways of motivating people to achieve personal and business goals.
