Abstract
Ovim završnim radom objašnjen je sustav zagrijavanja zraka za sušenje folija za lako savitljivu amabalažu koji koristi proizvodni pogon AluflexpackNovi d.o.o. u Umagu. Svaki bitan element sustava analiziran je i objašnjen uz detaljan opis karakteristika koje su potrebne za funkcioniranje i održavanje traženih parametara. Također, detaljnije je objašnjen i postupak izrade samog postolja koje pridržava sve elemente te je analiziran proračun izmjenjivača topline PRL-50-20-600-6. Sam projekt konstruiran je u programu AUTOCAD 2016 +CADmep koji vrlo jasno prikazuje sve bitne elemente cijeloga sustava. Na temelju cjelokupne analize rada izveden je zaključak koji prikazuje koliko je znanja potrebno o svim granama u strojarstvu te važnost njihove međusobne suradnje kako bi se napravio samo jedan od mnogih sustava u proizvodnom pogonu.
Abstract (english)
This final work explains the air heating system for drying the foil (easy to flex for groceries) used by the production facility AluflexpackNovi d.o.o. in Umag. Every essential element of the system is analyzed and explained with the detailed characteristics required for the function and maintenance of the required parameters. More detailed description is given of the process of making the stand on which all elements are and the calculation of heat exchanger PRL-50-20-600-6. The project itself is constructed in the AUTOCAD 2016 + CADmep program by which the entire system with all the essential elements is clearly displayed. Through a full analysis of the work, i have written a conclusion that shows how much knowledge is needed in all branches in mechanical engineering and their mutual cooperation to make only one of the many systems in the production plant.
