Abstract
U završnom radu objasnit ću zakonsko reguliranje zaštite na radu, opasnosti i mjere zaštite kod građevinskih radova, te osobna zaštitna sredstva građevinskih radnika. Građevinski radnici uglavnom se kreću po cijelom gradilištu ili pogonu gdje se obavljaju razni radovi koji nisu strogo određeni na jednom radnom mjestu, nego obavljaju razne poslove po potrebi te su skloni opasnostima na radnom mjestu. Iz tog razloga moraju se poduzeti preventivne mjere kako bi se izbjegle opasnosti. Najvažnije je da radniku objasnimo i uputimo ga u potencijalne opasnosti i posljedice, pružimo mu adekvatnu edukaciju, te djelujemo na čovjeka motivirajuće i stimulirajuće.
Abstract (english)
In the final work I will explain the law regulating protected work, dangers and protective measures in construction works, as well as the personal protective equipment of construction workers. Construction workers usually move to the starting point or a place where different works are performed that are not strictly defined in one work place, but perform different tasks as needed, so workers are prone to dangers at work place. Therefore, preventative measures must be taken to avoid dangers. It is most important to explain to a worker and direct him to the potential dangers and consequences, while providing him appropriate education.
