Abstract
Zaštita na radu je skup tehničkih, zdravstvenih, pravnih, psiholoških, pedagoških i drugih djelatnosti s pomoću kojih se otkrivaju i otklanjaju opasnosti što ugrožavaju život i zdravlje osoba na radu i utvrđuju mjere, postupci i pravila da bi se otklonile ili smanjile te opasnosti. Svrha zaštite na radu je stvaranje sigurne radne uvjete kako bi se spriječile ozljede na radu, profesionalne bolesti i nezgode na radu, odnosno umanjivanje eventualnih štetnih posljedica ukoliko se opasnost ne može otkloniti. Provođenje zaštite na radu ne ograničava se samo na profesionalne bolesti, već se nastoji spriječiti bilo koja bolest, odnosno ozljeda, dok se veća pažnja poklanja profesionalnim oboljenjima. U radu je opisan način atestiranja strojeva i alata i zakonska regulativa vezana za to područje.
Abstract (english)
Safety at work is a collection of technical, medical, legal, psychological, pedagogical and other activities by which to reveal and eliminate hazards that threaten the lives and health of people at work and determine the measures, procedures and rules in order to eliminate or reduce these hazards. The purpose of safety at work is to create safe working conditions in order to prevent injuries, occupational diseases and accidents at work or minimizing any adverse consequences if the risk can not be eliminated. The implementation of occupational safety and health is not only limited to occupational disease, but is intended to prevent any illness or injury, while greater attention is paid to occupational diseases. This paper describes a method of certification of machines and tools, and legislation related to the area.
