Abstract
U ovom završnom radu istraživat će se psihosocijalni faktori, poput stresa, monotonije, motivacije i sl. Kroz nekoliko cjelina će se jednostavno, ali detaljno, što bolje objasniti svi pojmovi bitni za razumijevanje psihosocijalne klime na radnom mjestu. Drugi dio završnog rada, analitičko-eksperimentalni dio, zasniva se na korištenju upitnika koji su zaposlenici INA-e ljubazno ispunili. U samom upitniku kroz 6 odjeljaka ispitivani su organizacija i intenzitet rada, motivacija, međuljudske odnosi, vlastito ponašanje zaposlenika te zadovoljstvo na radnom mjestu. Cilj eksperimentalnog dijela je dobiti uvid jesu li radnici pod stresom, kako su motivirani i jesu li zadovoljni na svojim radnim mjestima.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, psychosocial factors such as stress, monotony, motivation, etc will be explored. Through a few sections, in a simple but detailed way, all the concepts relevant to understanding the psychosocial climate in the workplace will be explained. The second part of the paper, the analytical-experimental part, is based on the use of questionnaires kindly filled out by INA employees. In the questionnaire itself, through 6 sections; organisation and intensity of work, motivation, interpersonal relationships, employee behavior and overall satisfaction will be examined. The aim of the experimental part is to get an insight into whether workers are stressed, are they motivated and satisfied in their workplace.
