Abstract
Suvremeno globalizacijsko okruženje pred nacionalne politike stavlja nove izazove po pitanju rasta i razvoja gospodarstva što rezultira stalnim radom na unaprjeđenju gospodarskih djelatnosti. Detektirani utjecaj proizvodnih djelatnosti na okoliš i okruženje nužno za život doveo je do stvaranja teorije održivog razvoja koja kao temeljni cilj ima očuvanje resursa kojima će se i budućim generacijama omogućiti kvalitetni životni uvjeti. Ljudski su resursi također jedan od prioriteta održivog razvoja jer čovjek - radnik predstavlja glavnog nositelja gospodarskih djelatnosti pa je, s ciljem organiziranja gospodarskoga razvoja prema načelima održivog razvoja, nastao i koncept društveno odgovornog poslovanja. Jedno od područja poslovanja u skladu s društvenom odgovornosti je i briga o ljudskim pravima, a osnovno pravo svakog čovjeka je pravo na rad i sigurne radne uvjete. Sustav kojim se štiti zdravlje i sigurnost radnika je zaštita na radu koja zbog svoje važnosti zauzima značajan položaj u konceptu društveno odgovornog poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
The contemporary globalization environment puts new challenges in front of national policy about the field of growth and development of the economy, resulting in constant improvement in the economic activities. Detected impact of production activities on the environment and the ambience necessarily for life has led to the creation of theory of sustainable development, which as a fundamental goal has the preservation of resources that will enable quality living conditions for future generations. Human resources are also one of the priorities of sustainable development because the human - worker is presented as the main carrier of economic activity, so the concept of socially responsible business has also been created with the aim of organizing economic development according to the principles of sustainable development. One of the areas of business in accordance with social responsibility is also human rights concerns, and the basic right of every man is the right to work, and safe working conditions. System to protect the health and protection of workers is safety at work which, because of its importance, occupies a significant position in the concept of socially responsible business.
