Abstract
Tema ovog rada su europski CE certifikati. U radu je opisan kontekst uvođenja sustava takvog certificiranja u praksu Europske unije, objašnjeni su pojmovi potrebni za njegovo razumijevanje, predstavljena su tijela uključena u postupak certficiranja, kao i ključni elementi postupka, s kratkim osvrtom na zakonodavstvo Republike Hrvatske i međunarodne ugovore. Također, opisani su i konkretni zakonski akti, odnosno direktive i regulative, koji obuhvaćaju različite skupine proizvoda namijenjenih jedinstvenom tržištu Europske unije.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is CE certificates. In the paper, I describe the context of implementation of such certification system in the practice of European Union, provide the explanation of relevant terms, describe both the bodies included in the process of the certification and the key elements of the process, along with a basic review of Croatian legislation and international agreements. Also, I provide the overview of legislative acts (directives and regulations) that affect different groups of industrial products intended for the European Single Market.
