Abstract
U ovome završnom radu obrađena je problematika radnih mjesta na kojima se dugotrajno sjedi s naglaskom na radno mjesto za računalom, jer je danas najčešći oblik radnog mjesta na kojemu se dugotrajno sjedi. Upoznajemo se sa zdravstvenim rizicima dugotrajnog sjedenja koji se javljaju prilikom neispravne provedbe zaštite na radu, odnosno ergonomskih načela. Također, upoznajemo se sa zakonskim propisima Republike Hrvatske koji su naravno usklađeni s odgovarajućim propisima EU. Provedbom propisa i mjera zaštite na radu, smanjujemo opasnosti za neki oblik zdravstvenog rizika i omogućujemo radniku da se ugodnije osjeća na radnome mjestu i samim time se njegova efikasnost povećava. Upoznajemo se i s jednom mjerom holističkog pristupa kao što je Lifestyle medicina, koja se bavi poremećajima uzrokovanim ne samo na radnome mjestu nego i drugim životnim čimbenicima.
Abstract (english)
This final paper deals with the issue of long-term sitting workplaces with an emphasis on the computer workplace, because today it is the most common form of long-term sitting workplace. We get acquainted with the health risks of prolonged sitting that occur during the incorrect implementation of safety at work or ergonomic principles. We also get acquainted with the legislation of the Republic of Croatia, which is of course harmonized with the relevant EU regulations. By implementing regulations and safety measures at work, we reduce the dangers of some form of health risk and enable the worker to feel more comfortable at the workplace and thus increase its efficiency. We are also introduced to a measure of a holistic approach such as Lifestyle medicine, which deals with disorders caused not only in the workplace but also with other life factors.
