Abstract
U ovom završnom radu cilj je napraviti uvid u ozljede na radu u građevinarstvu od 2010. do 2019. godine u Republici Hrvatskoj. Za analizu je odabrano građevinarstvo kao jedno od djelatnosti sa najvećim brojem ozljeda na radu. Građevinski radnici uglavnom se kreću po cijelom gradilištu gdje se obavljaju razne vrste radova od betoniranja, iskopavanja do rada na skelama. U ovom sektoru je najveći broj smrtnih slučajeva na radu, koji su posljedica nepridržavanja osnovnih pravila zaštite na radu. Upravo zbog toga su zaštita i sigurnost na radu u sektoru građevinarstva primarni dijelovi poslovanja. U svrhu kvalitetnije zaštite na radu potrebno je poštivati zakonsku regulativu i pridržavati se pravila. Zbog dinamike posla moraju se poduzeti sve preventivne mjere kako bi se radnike zaštitilo od potencijalnih opasnosti pri obavljanju radnih zadataka.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the aim is to provide an insight into injuries at work in construction from 2010 to 2019 in the Republic of Croatia. Construction was selected for analysis as one of the activities with the highest number of injuries at work. Construction workers mostly move around the entire construction site where various types of work are performed, from concreting, excavation to work on scaffolding. This sector has the largest number of deaths at work, which are the result of non-compliance with the basic rules of safety at work. That is why safety and security at work in the construction sector are the primary parts of business. For the purpose of better safety at work, it is necessary to respect the legal regulations and adhere to the rules. Due to the dynamics of work, all preventive measures must be taken to protect workers from potential dangers when performing work tasks.
