Abstract
U završnom radu obrađuje se tematika utvrđivanja i praćenja troškova drugog dohotka s aspekta glazbene industrije. S obzirom da glazbeni umjetnici imaju specifičan položaj po pitanju radnoga odnosa, u radu se objašnjava razlika između dohotka i drugog dohotka, autora i umjetnika te njihovih honorara. Također, u radu se obrazlaže obračun specifičnih vrsta dohotka na primjeru glazbene industrije. S obzirom da drugi dohodak i honorar predstavljaju trošak za isplatitelja, u radu ih se upravo i sagledava s tog aspekta, pri čemu se te troškove pozicionira u kontekst prirodnih vrsta troškova, utvrđuje njihov obračun, te objašnjavaju procesi planiranja i kontrole te vrste troškova.
Abstract (english)
The final paper deals with the topic of determining and monitoring the costs of other income from the aspect of the music industry. Given that music artists have a specific position in terms of employment, the paper explains the difference between income and other income, authors and artists and their fees. Also, the paper explains the calculation of specific types of income on the example of the music industry. Since other income and fees represent a cost for the payer, the paper considers them from that aspect, positioning these costs in the context of natural types of costs, determining their calculation, and explaining the processes of planning and control of this type of costs.
