The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to present various models of managing football clubs in Croatia and abroad. The aim is to show by examples the structure and operating of professional football clubs both in the world and in our country. Football is the most popular game in the world and therefore has great economic significance, but despite that, football has its own specifics. There are various ways of managing football clubs in the world and it is difficult to say which model is the most correct and most profitable. By analyzing different cultures and communities and the clubs that belong to them, we will find out how they managed to stabilize and organize their clubs. Ways of financing clubs and possible policy involvement will also be analyzed. The thesis will offer the advantages and disadvantages of each model. Along with the comparison of the sports law of the Republic of Croatia and the laws of other countries in the same field of activity, an insight into the legal matter of the organization of football clubs will be given. This thesis will summarize club management models and offer various perspectives on understanding management in the world of football.
