Abstract
Banka je financijska institucija koja se bavi prikupljanjem depozita, davanjem kredita i posredovanjem u platnom prometu.Kredit je novčano dužničko-vjerovnički odnos u kojem vjerovnik kredita (obično banka) ustupa pravo korištenja određenog iznosa novčanih sredstava dužniku (debitoru) na ugovoreno vrijeme i uz ugovorene uvjete povrata.Krediti se prema roku dospijeća dijele na kratkoročne, srednjoročne i dugoročne kredite.Vrsta dugoročnog kredita, hipotekatni biti će prikazan na primjeru tri poslovne banke, a to su Karlovačka, Raiffeisen i Privredna banka d.d.
Abstract (english)
The Bank is a financial institution that collects deposits, provides loans and mediates in payment transactions.A loan is a monetary debtor-creditor relationship in which the creditor of the loan (usually the bank) assigns the right to use a certain amount of funds to the debtor (debtor) for the agreed time and with the agreed repayment terms.Loans are divided into short-term, medium-term and long-term loans according to their maturity.The type of long-term mortgage loan will be shown on the example of three commercial banks, namely Karlovačka, Raiffeisen and Privredna banka d.d.
