Abstract
Pojam organizacijska struktura označava sastav, građu organizacije, u konkretnom slučaju dječjeg vrtića, a struktura je relativno trajno obilježje organizacije koja organizaciji daje obličje, odnosno određuje specifičan način njenog funkcioniranja, stoga je struktura organizacije, u mjeri u kojoj se svjesno oblikuje, i temeljni mehanizam upravljanja djelovanjem organizacije. Dok struktura predstavlja svojstvo organizacije, nešto što pripada organizaciji, sam pojam organizacije predstavlja ukupnost dijelova smisleno uređenih na način koji olakšava postizanje ciljeva. Svaka organizacija ima svoju strukturu, odnosno neki određeni sustav unutarnjih veza i odnosa, pa tako i dječji vrtić i zato je struktura najvažniji dio organizacije, sustav odnosa među ljudima uspostavljen radi izvršavanja određenih zadataka
Abstract (english)
The term organizational structure denotes the composition, organization of the organization, in the particular case of the kindergarten, and the structure is a relatively permanent feature of the organization that gives the organization the look and determines the specific way of its functioning, hence the structure of the organization, to the extent that it is consciously formed, and the underlying mechanism organization management. While the structure is the property of an organization, something that belongs to an organization, the very concept of organization represents the totality of parts that are reasonably arranged in a way that facilitates the achievement of goals. Each organization has its own structure, that is, a certain system of internal relations and relationships, so also a kindergarten and therefore the structure is the most important part of the organization, a system of relations between people established to perform certain tasks.
