Abstract
Predmet ovog završnog rada je redoviti otkaz u Republici Hrvatskoj. Prvo je naveden i objašnjen prestanak ugovora o radu. Otkaz može biti redoviti ili izvanredni otkaz. Redoviti otkaz može biti od strane poslodavca ili od strane radnika i oba moraju biti u pisanom obliku. Radnik nije dužan navesti razloge za otkaz. U slučaju da poslodavac daje redoviti otkaz radniku, on mora navesti obrazloženje tog otkaza. Ako radnik privremeno izostaje s radnog mjesta zbog bolesti ili ozljede, to nije opravdani razlog za otkaz ugovora o radu. Također, otkaz se mora dostaviti osobi kojoj se otkazuje. Otkazni rok i njegove karakteristike također su objašnjeni jer je on obvezan kod redovitog otkaza.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final thesis is regular cancellation of the employment contract in the Republic of Croatia. Cancellation of an employment contract is introduced and explained first. Cancellation of an employment contract can be regular or exceptional. Both the employer and the employee can give notice of regular cancellation of the employment contract, and it needs to be in writing. The employee is not obligated to give reasons for the cancellation of employment. If the employer cancels the employment contract, they need to present the reasons. If the employee is temporarily absent from work due to illness or injury, that is not a valid reason for the cancellation of the employment contract. Also, a regular cancellation notice needs to be issued to the person that is being dismissed. The cancellation period and its characteristics are also explained, as it is mandatory for regular cancellations
