Abstract
Upravljanje kvalitetom i primjena strategije kontinuiranog unapređivanja prilikom razvoja i proizvodnje proizvoda omogućuju zadovoljavanje potreba kupaca, a organizacijama donose konkurentsku prednost na tržištu. Primjena normi ISO 9000 organizacijama donosi standard čime definira minimalne zahtjeve za sustav upravljanja kvalitetom u cilju zadovoljavanja zahtjeve kupaca. Ovaj rad prikazuje ključne postavke upravljanja kvalitetom u proizvodnoj organizaciji kroz kontekst organizacije, te povezanosti sustava upravljanja kvalitetom sa strategijom i ciljevima organizacije. Cilj rada je prikazati glavne postavke sustava kvalitete kroz praktični primjer, te na koji način uvađanje norme i standarda održavaju, poboljšavaju i unapređuju sustav kvalitete.
Abstract (english)
Quality management and application of continuous improvement strategy in the development and production of products enables satisfaction of customer needs and bring organization`s competitive advantage in the market. The application of ISO 9000 norm brings a standard to organizations, which defines the minimum requirements for a quality management system in order to meet customer requirements. This thesis presents the key settings of quality management in a production organization through the context of the organization, and connection of the quality management system with the strategy and goals of the organization. The aim of this thesis is to present the main settings of the quality system through a practical example and how the introduction of norms and standards maintain, improve and enhance the quality system.
