Abstract
U završnom radu konkretno je objašnjen pojam kvalitete, njezina važnost i obilježja. Isto tako je rečeno konkretno o sustavima upravljanja kvalitetom jer kako bi se zadovoljile želje i potrebe kupaca potrebni su i kvalitetni sustavi, stoga su u završnom radu i objašnjene prednosti sustava. Potpuno upravljanje kvalitetom specifičan je koncept menadžmenta koji je orijentiran na konstantno unapređenje poslovanja, rast zadovoljstva kupaca, timski rad i smanjenja troškova. Podravka kao najveća prehrambena industrija u Hrvatskoj, svoju kvalitetu temelji na uspješnoj implementaciji niza ISO normi, kao što su ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 22000. Podravka je nositelj brojnih nagrada za kvalitetu, kao što su Certifikat poslodavac partner, Superior taste award.
Abstract (english)
In the thesis specifically is explains the concept of quality,its importance and features. It was also said specifically about quality management systems because in order to meet the wishes and needs of customers, we must have quality systems, so the thesis explains the advantages of the system. Total quality management is a specific management concept that is oriented towards constant business improvement, growth of customer satisfaction, teamwork and cost reduction. Podravka, as the largest food industry in Croatia, bases its quality on the successful implementation of a number of ISO standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 22000. Podravka is the holder of numerous quality awards, such as the Employer Partner Certificate, Superior taste award.
