Abstract
U završnom radu se definiraju elementi strateškog marketinškog plana na odabranom poslovnom slučaju. Naglasak u praktičnom dijelu završnog rada je na Nacionalnom parku Plitvička jezera. Analizirana su obilježja turističke ponude i prikazani su strateški ciljevi i vizija razvoja turizma na prostoru Plitvičkih jezera na temelju predloženog Plana upravljanja nacionalnim parkom Plitvička jezera te je sukladno tome kroz strategije marketinga prikazana valorizacija potencijalnih turističkih proizvoda koji bi pridonijeli poboljšanju kvalitete i dužeg boravka posjetitelja.
Abstract (english)
The final paper defines the elements of a strategic marketing plan for a selected business case. The emphasis in the practical part of the final work is on the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The characteristics of the tourist offer of the National Park were analyzed. The strategic goals and vision of tourism development in the Plitvice Lakes area are presented on the basis of the proposed Plitvice Lakes National Park Management Plan, and accordingly the valorization of potential tourist products that would contribute to improving the quality and longer stay of visitors is presented through marketing strategies.
