Abstract
U prvom dijelu rada se obrađuje što je kredit i kojih vrsta kredita ima, opći uvjeti kreditnog poslovanja, vrste kamatnih računa te modeli otplate zajma jednakim anuitetima, model otplate zajma kroz jednake otplatne kvote i konverzija zajma. U radu će se prikazati ponude nenamjenskih gotovinskih kredita pet banaka u Republici Hrvatskoj: Raiffeisenbank Hrvatska, Karlovačka banka, Privredna banka Zagreb, Istarska kreditna banka i Agram Banka. Zatim će se usporediti ukupni troškovi nenamjenskih gotovinskih kredita za podizanje u spomenutim bankama te doći do banke koja nudi najpovoljnije uvjete za podizanje takvog oblika kredita.
Abstract (english)
First part of the paper will talk about what is loan and which types of loans there are, general terms and conditions of loan operations, types of loan accounts, model of loan repayment by equal annuities, model of loan repayment by equal instalment quotas and loan conversion. The paper will demonstrate offers for non-purpose cash loan from five banks in Croatia: Raiffeisenbank Hrvatska, Karlovačka banka, Privredne banke Zagreb, Istarska kreditna banka, Agram Banka. Afterwards, total expenses of non-purpose cash loans in the forementioned banks will be compared and the most favourable offer of a non-purpose cash loan will be presented.
