Abstract
Predmet ovog završnog rada su nenamjenski gotovinski krediti. U prvom dijelu rada definiran je kredit, prikazane su vrste kredita i njegove najvažnije funkcije. Kredit je pojam s kojim se svakodnevno susrećemo i bez kojeg ostvarivanje nekih stvari u poslovnom i privatnom životu ne bi bilo moguće jer ne postoji dovoljno raspoloživih sredstava za njih. Postoje različite vrste kredita koje možemo klasificirati prema namjeni za koju su korišteni. Nenamjenski kredit omogućuje korištenje financijskih sredstava prema željama i potrebama potrošača. Vrste nenamjenskih kredita su: okvirni kredit, gotovinski kredit, lombardni kredit i hipotekarni kredit. U drugom dijelu rada opisane su ponude kredita za fizičke osobe Karlovačke banke i Zagrebačke banke te je provedena analiza nenamjenskih gotovinskih kredita na dva primjera. Prilikom analize uzeti su kriteriji iznosa nenamjenskih gotovinskih kredita, rokovi otplate, kamatne stope te instrumenti osiguranja otplate kredita. Na temelju provedene analize došlo se do zaključka da najpovoljnije uvjete ima Karlovačka banka s kreditom Kaba+ za klijente.
Abstract (english)
SUMMARY The subject of this final paper is non-purpose cash loans. In the first part of the paper a loan is defined along with various types of loans and their most important functions. ‘Loan/ Credit’ is a term that we encounter every day and without it many realizations of certain things in business and private life would not be possible due to lack of funds. There are different types of loans that we can classify according to the purpose for which they are used. A non-purpose loan enables the use of financial resources/ funds according to the wishes or needs of the consumer. The types of non-purpose loans are: revolving credit/loan, cash loan, Lombard loan and mortgage loan. The second part of the paper describes offers for individual loans from the bank of Karlovac and the bank of Zagreb, along with an analysis of two examples for non-purpose cash loans. Within the analysis the criteria of the amount for the non-purpose cash loan, repayment terms, interest rates and implements for loan repayment security were taken into account. Based on the conducted analysis, it was concluded that the bank of Karlovac has the most favorable conditions with its ‘Kaba +’ loan for clients.
