Abstract
Marketing u današnje vrijeme zauzima sve važnije mjesto u poslovnom svijetu, a pogotovo u industriji hotelijerstva i ugostiteljstva. Kroz rad se obrađuju temeljne funkcije marketinga, pojmovno određenje marketinškog miksa, SWOT analiza, i franšizno poslovanje. Kompanija Globalna hrana nositelj je franšize McDonald'sa za podruĉje Republike Hrvatske, stoga je u posebnom poglavlju obrađena franšiza na odabranom primjeru. U radu je analizirana situacija na tržištu brze prehrane, te je izrađena SWOT analiza i analiziran marketinški miks kompanije.
Abstract (english)
Marketing in today's time, occupies and increasingly important place in the bussines world, especialy in the hotel and catering industry. The basic functions of marketig are processed through work, conceptual definition of the marketing mix, SWOT analysis and franchise business. Company Globalna hrana is the holder of the franchise McDonald's for the therritory of the Republic of Croatia, example is analyzed separately in the paper. The paper examines the situation on the fast food market, SWOT analysis and marketing mix analysis of the McDonald's company.
