Abstract
Strategija poduzeća postala je neophodna kako bi se poduzeće adapiralo na sve izazove okoline. Strateški menadžment poduzeću omogućuje da ostvari zacrtane ciljeve i planove. Procesom strateškog menadžmenta poduzeću se omogućuje da utvrdi svoju misiju, viziju, ciljeve i strategiju poslovanja. Što dovodi do toga da proces strateškog menadžmenta započinje analiziranjem okoline i to analizom vanjskog i unutarnjeg okruženja. Nakon toga slijedi postavljanje usmjerenja organizacije, nastavlja se na formuliranje strategije. Nakon formuliranja strategije slijedi njena implementacija te na samom kraju strateški proces završava kontrolom strategije i vrednovanjem postavljene strategije.
Abstract (english)
The company's strategy has become necessary in order for the company to adapt to all the challenges of the environment. Strategic management enables the company to achieve the set goals and plans. The strategic management process enables the company to determine its mission, vision, goals and business strategy. Which leads to the fact that the process of strategic management begins with the analysis of the environment and the analysis of the external and internal environment. This is followed by setting the direction of the organization, continuing to formulate a strategy. After the formulation of the strategy, its implementation follows, and at the very end, the strategic process ends with the control of the strategy and the evaluation of the set strategy.
