Abstract
U ovom završnom radu objašnjen je način skladištenja prehrambenih namirnica u Kliničkom bolničkom centru Zagreb. Rad je objasnio osnovne pojmove i podjele logistike, te značaj zdravstvene logistike, zdravstvenog informacijskog sustava te povezanost sustava praćenja kvalitete i njihove vrste povezao sa logistikom. Logistički sustav skladištenja prehrambenih namirnica prikazan je od skladištenja i korištenja prehrambenih artikala, te povrata neodgovarajućih proizvoda. Rad je napravljen temeljem stručne literature i osobnog iskustva autora.
Abstract (english)
This final paper explains the method of food storage in the Clinical Hospital Center Zagreb. The paper explained the basic concepts and divisions of logistics, and connected the importance of health logistics, health information system and the connection between quality monitoring systems and their types with logistics. The logistics system of food storage is shown from the storage and use of food items and the return of non-compliant products. The paper is based on the professional literature and personal experience of the author.
