| Abstract | Predmet rada je sigurnost voznih sklopova vozila. Vozni sklop svakog vozila tvori karoserija, ovjes, pneumatika i kotači, upravljački sustav vozila te kočni sustav vozila. Karoserija je namjenjena za smještaj vozača, putnika i tereta. Ovjes je glavni dio svakog vozila jer spaja karoseriju s podlogom, a odgovoran je za udobnost i sigurnost vozila. Proces nanošenja antikorozivne zaštite i bojanje vozila su važni procesi jer štite te sprječavaju propadanje karoserije. Amortizeri su sastavni dio ovjesa, a cilj im je prigušiti oscilacije karoserije. Opruge se dijele na gumene, čelične i plinske. Promet je složeni sustav na čiju sigurnost utječu mnogi čimbenici od kojih su temeljni čovjek, vozilo te cesta. Vozilo služi za odvijanje prometa. Dijelovi vozila utječu na sigurnost u prometu, a razlikuju se aktivni i pasivni elementi vozila. Aktivni elementi sigurnosti cestovnih vozila su najbitniji elementi sigurnost cestovnog prometa jer svojim djelovanjem sprječavaju nastanak prometne nesreć, pa je važno da budu konstruirani u skladu sa zakonom te pregledani na tehničkom pregledu. Od aktivnih elemenata posebna pažnja je na upravljačkom mehanizmu, gumama i kočnicama. Neispravnost elemenata može dovesti do prometnih nesreća, a glavni cilj aktivnih elemenata je sprječavanje istih. Ako dođe do prometne nesreće, ulogu imaju pasivni elementi sigurnosti vozila koji ublažavanju posljedice nesreće. Pogoršanjem tehničkog stanja vozila ono se ubraja u „tehnički neispravna vozila“ gdje dobiva status čimbenika sa štetnim utjecajem na „opću sigurnost prometa“. Nameću se tehničko – eksploatacijski zahtjevi kao što su profesionalno osposobljavanje utjecajnih čimbenika u prometu, kvalitetno upravljanje prometom, socijalni aspekt, smanjenje štetnih utjecaja, kontrola tehničke ispravnosti vozila i slično. Cilj rada je ukazati na ulogu te važnost održavanja sigurnosti voznih sklopova vozila za što je moguće veću sigurnost kretanja prometnicama za sve sudionike u prometu, te za što manje nesreća sa materijalnom štetom te izgubljenim ljudskim životima. |
| Abstract (english) | The subject of the paper is the safety of vehicle assemblies. The vehicle assembly of each vehicle consists of the body, suspension, tires and wheels, the vehicle's steering system and the vehicle's braking system. The body is designed to accommodate drivers, passengers and cargo. The suspension is a major part of any vehicle because it connects the body to the ground, and is responsible for the comfort and safety of the vehicle. The process of applying corrosion protection and vehicle painting are important processes because they protect and prevent the deterioration of the body. Shock absorbers are an integral part of the suspension, and their goal is to dampen the oscillations of the body. Springs are divided into rubber, steel and gas. Traffic is a complex system whose safety is affected by many factors, of which the basic man, the vehicle and the road. The vehicle is used for traffic. Vehicle parts affect traffic safety, and there are active and passive vehicle elements. Active elements of road vehicle safety are the most important elements of road traffic safety because their action prevents the occurrence of traffic accidents, so it is important that they are constructed in accordance with the law and inspected at the technical inspection. Of the active elements, special attention is paid to the steering mechanism, tires and brakes. Faulty elements can lead to traffic accidents, and the main goal of active elements is to prevent them. In the event of an accident, passive vehicle safety elements play a role in mitigating the consequences of the accident. With the deterioration of the technical condition of the vehicle, it is considered a "technically defective vehicle" where it receives the status of a factor with a detrimental effect on "general traffic safety". Technical - operational requirements are imposed, such as professional training of influential factors in traffic, quality traffic management, social aspect, reduction of harmful effects, control of technical correctness of vehicles and the like. The aim of this paper is to point out the role and importance of maintaining the safety of vehicle rolling stock for the greatest possible road safety for all road users, and for as few accidents with material damage and lost lives. |
