Abstract
Osiguranje je pojam koji je više ili manje poznat svima. Svaki čovjek i njegova imovina izloženi su opasnostima i zbog toga teži ka sigurnosti i nekoj vrsti zaštite. Preventivnim mjerama mogu se djelomično ublažiti štetne posljedice određenih opasnosti, no ne postoji mogućnost da se osigura ekonomska zaštita od svih opasnosti koje ugrožavaju imovinu i ljude. Smisao i svrha osiguranja je da se unaprijed prikupljenim sredstvima pokriju neizvjesni financijski gubitci. Osiguranje od odgovornosti ima brojne pozitivne učinke, prije svega zaštitu ekonomskih interesa osigurane osobe i njezine imovine što olakšava nesmetan razvoj profesionalne djelatnosti osiguranika. Tema ovog završnog rada je bazirana na osiguranju od odgovornosti isključivo izvođača radova i njihovih zaposlenika. Osiguranje osoba i imovine na gradilištima izuzetno je važno za izvođače radova i njihove radnike jer se njima nadoknađuje financijski gubitak zbog štete koja se dogodila. Osiguranje od odgovornosti jamči veću sigurnost za tvrtku i okruženje u kojem djeluje.
Abstract (english)
Insurance is a term that is more or less familiar to everyone. Every man and his property is exposed to dangers and therefore strives for security and some kind of protection. Preventive measures can partially mitigate the harmful effects of certain hazards, but there is no possibility to provide economic protection from all hazards that threaten property and people. The meaning and purpose of insurance is to cover uncertain financial losses with funds collected in advance. Liability insurance has a number of positive effects, primarily the protection of the economic interests of the insured person and his property, which facilitates the smooth development of the professional activity of the insured. The topic of this final paper is based on liability insurance exclusively for contractors and their employees. Insurance of persons and property on construction sites is extremely important for contractors and their workers because they are compensated for the financial loss due to the damage that occurred. Liability insurance guarantees greater security for the company and the environment in which it operates.
