Abstract
Tema završnog rada je „Rad izvanbolničke hitne medicine u okolnostima katastrofa (potresa)“. Opisana je organizacija izvanbolničke hitne medicine u Hrvatskoj te način njezina rada. Obrađen je rad medicinskih djelatnika izvanbolničke hitne medicine u okonostima potresa. Opisana je procjena rizika za radna mjesta djelatnika izvanbolničke hitne medicine od štetnih utjecaje na njihovo zdravlje i opasnosti od nastanka ozljeda na radu. Na osnovu provedenog istraživanja o radu djelatnika izvanbolničke hitne medicine Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Sisačko-moslavačke županije za vrijeme potresa koji je pogodio područje Sisačko-moslavačke županije 29. prosinca 2020. godine te provedene ankete među djelatnicima, predloženi su načini poboljšanja organizacije rada, a u svrhu bolje zaštite zdravlja djelatnika te sprečavanja ozljeda na radu u izvanrednim okolnostima.
Abstract (english)
This dissertation describes the operational circumstances and challenges of prehospital emergency medicine service (EMS) during a catastrophe. The organisational setup of EMS in Croatia in times of 'business as usual' and during earthquake relief compares two different modalities of operation. Risk assessment description for particular workplaces of EMS staff will be presented, including specific risks on their health and potential injuries sustained at work, in a relationship with the recent involvement in the earthquake relief. Based on the EMS Sisak and Moslavina County survey and the analysis of their activities following the 29th December 2020 earthquake. In dissertation are suggestion for improved the organisational setup, with the goal of worker's health protection and injury prevention in extraordinary circumstances.
