Abstract
U ovom radu objasnit ću graditeljsko održavanje vojnih lokacija i građevina Oružanih snaga Republike Hrvatske (u daljnjem tekstu OS RH), odnosno smjernice kod planiranja graditeljskog održavanja koje ukazuje na obveze i usmjerava postrojbe u provedbi graditeljskog održavanja. Ovaj rad je proizašao iz odredbi Pravilnika o materijalnom zbrinjavanju u OS RH te zakona, pravilnika i uredbi koji reguliraju područje graditeljstva, a koji regulira sustav graditeljskog održavanja vojnih lokacija i građevina. Rad je izrađen na temelju raščlambe funkcioniranja logističke potpore u proteklom razdoblju te na temelju iskustava u provedbi graditeljskog održavanja vojnih lokacija i građevina na svim razinama u okviru sustava. Ovim radom detaljno je uređeno graditeljsko održavanje vojnih lokacija i građevina u postrojbama i ustrojstvenim jedinicama OS RH u stacionarnim uvjetima. Namjera ovog rada je omogućiti svim sudionicima u procesu graditeljskog održavanja vojnih lokacija i građevina jasne procedure u provedbi.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, I will explain the construction maintenance of military locations and buildings of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Croatia (hereinafter CAF), or guidelines for construction maintenance planning that indicates the obligations and directs units in the implementation of construction maintenance. This paper is derived from the provisions of the Ordinance on material disposal in the CAF and the laws, ordinances and regulations governing the field of construction, which regulates the system of construction maintenance of military sites and buildings. The paper was prepared on the basis of an analysis of the functioning of logistical support in the past period and on the basis of experience in the implementation of construction maintenance of military sites and buildings at all levels within the system. This paper regulates in detail the construction maintenance of military locations and buildings in units and organizational units of the Croatian Armed Forces in stationary conditions. The intention of this paper is to provide all participants in the process of construction maintenance of military sites and buildings with a clear procedure in implementation.
