Abstract
U današnje vrijeme tehnološki i komunikacijski napredak mijenja način života i rada. Sve više prostora dobiva mogućnost rada izvan sjedišta poslodavca. To su rad od kuće i rad na izdvojenom mjestu rada. U sklopu mjera fizičkog distanciranja koje su uvedene u većini država članica, zbog sprječavanja širenja pandemije korona virus, radnike se potiče ili obvezuje da rade od kuće ako im to dopušta priroda posla. Većina radnika prvi put radi na daljinu i njihovo radno okruženje ima puno nedostataka u odnosu na njihovo radno mjesto. Takav oblik rada trebao bi se preciznije ugovoriti kolektivnim ugovorom, aktom, odnosno ugovorom između poslodavca i pojedinog radnika te bi općenito trebale postojati jasnije zakonske regulative vezane uz izdvojeno mjesto rada.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays, technological and communication advances are changing the way we live and work. More and more space is being given the opportunity to work outside the employer's headquarters. These are work from home and work in a separate place of work. As part of the physical distancing measures introduced in most Member States, in order to prevent the spread of the korona virus pandemic, workers are encouraged or obliged to work from home if the nature of their work allows. Most workers work remotely for the first time and their work environment has a lot of shortcomings compared to their workplace. Such a form of work should be more precisely contracted by a collective agreement, act, or contract between the employer and the individual worker, and in general there should be clearer legal regulations related to the separate place of work.
