Abstract
U ovom završnom radu prikazano je konstruiranje parnog atmosferskog kondenzatora čija je namjena kondenzacija viška pare iz sustava grijanja na brodu. Prema vrsti i konstrukciji radi se o dvotočnom protustrujnom izmjenjivaču topline sa ravnim cijevima. Prema projektnim zahtjevima i zadanim parametrima napravljen je termodinamički i hidraulički proračun kondenzatora, te na temelju dobivenih rezultata određene su njegove osnovne dimenzije. Također, određeni su materijali i proveden proračun čvrstoće svih ugradbenih elemenata koji su izloženi djelovanju tlaka i temperature. Nakon proračuna čvrstoće i definiranja potrebnih debljina stijenki svih sastavnih elemenata izrađena je tehnička dokumentacija. Na kraju je izrađen 3D CAD model i napravljena MKE analiza u programskom paketu Autodesk Inventor Professional 2017.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the designing of a steam atmospheric condenser is presented, the purpose of which is the condensation of excess steam from the heating system on ship. According to the type and construction, it is a two-flow countercurrent heat exchanger with straight tubes. According to the design requirements and set parameters, the thermodynamic and hydraulic calculation of the condenser was made, and based on the obtained results, its basic dimensions were determined. Also, materials were determined and calculation of the strength of all built-in elements exposed to pressure and temperature was performed. After calculating the strength and defining the required wall thicknesses of all components, technical documentation was prepared. Finally, a 3D CAD model was created and FEM analysis was performed in the Autodesk Inventor Professional 2017 software package.
