Abstract
U prvom dijelu završnoga rada objašnjen je pojam nafte, a zatim i njezin sami sastav, načini na koje se dobiva nafta, pojam i uloga naftne industrije, osnovni procesi rafiniranja nafte te načini zagađenja naftom i što se sve može zagaditi. Prikazana su 2 primjera manjeg ekološkog incidenta u Hrvatskoj, odnosno izlijevanja nafte iz hrvatskih rafinerija u rijeke. U drugome su dijelu rada pojašnjeni pojmovi onečišćenja zraka, nabrojani su prirodni i umjetni izvori onečišćenja zraka, navedeni su izvori onečišćenih tvari u rafinerijama kao i posljedice na zdravlje glavnih zagađivača zraka koji se nalaze u rafineriji. Radi lakšeg upravljanja kvalitetom zraka predložene su i strategije upravljanja za ublažavanje onečišćenja zraka od strane stručnjaka za okoliš.
Abstract (english)
In the first part of the final thesis, it is defined what oil is, its composition, the ways in which it is obtained, the concept and role of the oil industry, the basic processes of refining oil. It is also listed what types of oil spill pollution there are and what can be polluted. Two examples are described that show minor environmental incident sin Croatia, i.e. oil spills from Croatian refineries into rivers. In the second part of the paper, air pollution and natural and artificial sources o fair pollution are explained, and the sources of pollutants in refineries are listed, as well as the consequences that the main air pollutants found in the refinery have on health. In order to facilitate the air quality management process, there are also management strategies by environmental experts that have been proposes to mitigate air pollution. K
