Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je predstavnik radnika u organu poslodavca, bolje upoznavanje prava radnika i njihovih mogućnosti. Prava radnika uređena su u Ustavu Republike Hrvatske i u brojnim univerzalnim vrelima radnoga prava i prava zaštite na radu, ali i u načelima suv-remenog, i modernog Radnog prava. Među najznačajnijim načelima nezaobilazna su: načela zaštite osobe-radnika i zaštita prava na radu i u vezi s radom. Upoznat ćemo načela radnog prava i svako od njih posebno objasniti, kako bismo pobliže shvatili prava radnika. Što zapravo predstavlja predstavnik radnika u organu poslodavaca, na koji način se on bira, što se događa ako predstavnik radnika nije izabran, te da li to donosi nekakvim promjenama kod radnika, koje su razlike starog i novog Zakona o radu i da li ti utječe na prava radnika.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final work is representative of workers in the authority of the employer , a better knowledge of the rights of workers and their capabilities . Workers' rights are regulated in the Croatian Constitution and numerous universal sources of labor law and the rights of occupational safety and health , but also in the principles of modern , and modern labor law . Among the most important principles are unavoidable : the principle of the protection of peo-ple - workers and protection of rights at work and related to work . We will introduce the principles of labor law and each one of them in particular to explain , to understand in more detail the rights of workers. What exactly is the representative of workers in the authority employers , how employer cho-ose them, what happens if the workers' representative is not elected , and whether it brings some kind of changes in workers, what are the differences between old and new Labour Act and whether those influences to workers' rights.
