Abstract
Dentalna implantologija razvija se od drevnih vremena starih Inka i Maya pa sve do danas. Suvremeni implantat je titanski ili keramički vijak koji se ugrađuje u kost gornje ili donje čeljusti i služi kao zamjena za korijen izgubljenog zuba. Nakon ugradnje implantata dolazi do procesa oseointegracije odnosno do procesa srastanja okolne čeljusne kosti i implantata. Dentalni implantati postavljaju se pomoću odgovarajućih dentalnih vodilica. Dentalne vodilice nam služe kako bi što jednostavnije postavili unaprijed planirani implantat te nam određuju poziciju i kut postavljanja implantata. Prije samog postavljanja implantata potrebno je izraditi vodilicu prema određenoj proceduri. Prvenstveno se mora snimiti anatomija pacijenta određenim dentalnim skenerom i CBCT uređajem prema čijim snimkama se virtualno planira izrada dentalne vodilice poštujući razna ograničenja postavljanja implantata (krvne žile, živci, korijeni susjednih zubi). Dentalne vodilice izrađuju se primjenom stereolitografije (SLA metoda) na suvremenim AM uređajima. Nakon izrade vodilice u nekom od predviđenih softverskih rješenja, pristupamo simulaciji naprezanja i deformiranja dentalnih vodilica. U ovom radu promatrali smo naprezanja i deformacije koje se događaju prilikom korištenja. Dobiveni rezultati prikazani su tablično i grafički.
Abstract (english)
Dental implantology has been developing since early ages in cultures of Inkas and Mayas up until now. Modern implant is ceramic or titanic screw used to replace root of lost teeth and is inserted in upper or lower jaw. Later the process of osseointegration will take part and bone tissue will coalesce with inserted implant. Dental implants are inserted using defined dental guides. Dental guides are used to insert dental implants easily at the correct angle and inclination that has been previously planed. Before the insertion of dental implants the dental guides need to be made. First we need to scan pacients anatomy using dental scanners and CBCT machines. 3D images are being used to virtualy design dental guides taking care of all limitations (blood vessels, nerves and roots of adjacent teeth). Most common way to make dental guides is stereolitography (SLA method) on modern AM devices. After the production of dental guides in modern softwares we can examine stress and strain of dental guides. In this article we have been examining strain and stresses of dental guides due to usage. All resaults are shown graphically and in tables.
