Abstract
Ovim radom opisuju se ključni pojmovi vezani uz internetsko bankarstvo, analizirat će se ponuda internetskog bankarstva u vodećim bankama unutar Republike Hrvatske. Prikazat će se važnost bankovnog poslovanja te utjecaj interneta na bankarski sektor. Proučavat će se suvremene promjene i trendovi na tržištu te kako na njega utječe digitalizacija. Navest će se modeli elektronskog bankarstva i korisnici istog u RH. Naglasak će biti također i na sigurnost samog internetskog bankarstva te korisnika koji se njime koriste. Na kraju rada prilikom analize prikazane su funkcije koje te banka nudi svojim klijentima. Također izražene su i neke cijene kao na primjer cijena ugovaranja usluge, slanje doznake u inozemstvo.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the key concepts related to Internet banking, and analyzes the offer of internet banking in leading banks within the Republic of Croatia. The importance of banking business and the impact of the Internet on the banking sector will be highlighted. Contemporary changes and trends in the market will be studied and digitalisation influenced by it. Electronic banking models and users of the same will be mentioned in the Republic of Croatia. Emphasis will also be placed on the security of Internet banking itself and users using it. At the end of the analysis, the functions that the bank offers to its clients are presented. Some prices are also quoted, for example, the price of contracting services, sending remittances abroad.
