Abstract
Posljednjih nekoliko godina u Republici Hrvatskoj čine se veliki napori za dostizanje standarda Evropske unije u ovlasti integralnog sistema upravljanja otpadom. Poboljšanje upravljanja otpadom ostvaruje se kroz: uspostavljanja integralnog sistema postrojenja za tretman otpada i kreiranje mehanizama za sistem odvojenog sakupljanja, reciklaže i ponovne uporabe otpada. U ovom radu opisuje se prikupljanje, razvrstavanje otpada u tvrtci Čistoća d.o.o. Karlovac, naporima koje tvrtka ulaže u edukaciju građana te vračanje sekundarnih sirovina u ponovnu uporabu. Govorit će se o sigurnosti radnika, zaštiti okoliša kao i o zakonskoj regulativi.
Abstract (english)
The last few years in Croatia, make great efforts to reach EU standards in the power of integrated waste management systems. Improving waste management is realized through: the establishment of an integral system of waste treatment plants and the creation of mechanisms for a system of separate collection, recycling and reuse of waste. This paper describes the collection, sorting waste at the company Čistoća doo Karlovac, efforts the company is investing in the education of citizens and the return of secondary raw materials to reuse. There will be talk about the safety of workers, environmental protection as well as legislation.
