Abstract
Završni rad se bavi računovodstvom društvene odgovornosti poslovanja poduzeća. Rad objašnjava računovodstveni aspekt društveno odgovornog poslovanja poduzeća i to kroz teorijski osvrt, a potom i na praktičnom primjeru poslovanja Grupe KONČAR. U radu se daje osvrt na svrhu, razlike, ali i poveznice između financijskog i menadžerskog računovodstva, s obzirom da su povezanost i međuovisnost financijskog i menadţerskog računovodstva temelji računovodstva društveno odgovornog poslovanja i izvještavanja dionicima relevantnih informacija. U radu se definira korporativnu društvenu odgovornost, objašnjava zastupljenost takve poslovne prakse u poslovanju poduzeća u Hrvatskoj, kao i inicijative za njezino poticanje na domaćoj i međunarodnoj razini. Srž rada je detaljnije objašnjenje mogućnosti implementacije računovodstva društveno odgovornog poslovanja u postojeće računovodstvene sustave poduzeća, objašnjenje računovodstvenog trobilančnog pristupa odgovornosti poduzeća prema dionicima te sastavljanja izvještaja o društvenoj odgovornosti.
Abstract (english)
This thesis includes accounting of corporate social responsibility. It explains the accounting aspect of corporate social responsibility through the theoretical review and then through the practical example from KONČAR Group, a croatian joint-stock company. This thesis gives an overview of the purpose, differences, but also the connections and interdependence between financial and management accounting considering this connection and interdependence the base of corporate social responsibility accounting and making reports with essential informations for stakeholders. Thesis also defines corporate social responsibility and explains the presence of such bussiness policy in the management of croatian enterprises as well as the initiatives to encourage CSR on national and international level. The essence of this thesis is to explain with more details the possibility of induction of corporate social responsibility accounting in the current corporate accounting systems, an explanation of triple bottom line aproach towards the stakeholders and assembling reports of social responsibility.
