Abstract
Završnim radom na temu „Gašenje požara visokih objekata“ prezentirani su razni čimbenici širenja požara u visokim građevinama, taktike i tehnike gašenja požara, evakuacije i spašavanja ljudi te oprema koju koriste vatrogasci. Obrađuju se tehnički normativi koji se moraju zadovoljiti na visokim građevinama, požarni odjeljci, okomito i vodoravno širenje požara te taktika njihovog gašenja kao i reakcije ljudi, njihovo samospašavanje te spašavanje koje provode vatrogasne postrojbe. Zaključno se prezentiraju oprema i vozila koja pomaţu vatrogascima u uspješnom izvođenju nerijetko složenih i iznimno teških akcija gašenja požara visokih objekata, spašavanja ljudi te njihove imovine kao i vježba koja simulira navedene okolnosti.
Abstract (english)
"Extinguishing fires in high rise buildings" is the topic of this final paper. Presented are many factors of how fires spread in high rise buildings, tactics and techniques of firefighting, evacuation, saving lives and also equipment that firefighters use. This final paper explains technical standards required in high-rises, fire sectors, vertical and horizontal spreading of fires and the tactics of firefighting. Further described is the reaction of people during a fire rescue, by themselves or by firefighters. Lastly presented are equipment and motor vehicles that help firefighters to successfully accomplish complicated and exceptionally challenging tasks as putting out fires of high rise buildings, saving lives and property as well as demonstrating the previous.
