Abstract
Predmet završnog rada upravljanje je troškovima kod poduzetnika iz djelatnosti cestovnog prijevoza tereta što kroz poslovanje što kroz izračun cijene prijevoza, odnosno utjecaja troškova na istu. U radu je objašnjen pojam računovodstva troškova, pojam troškova, klasifikacije troškova, mjerenje i tokovi troškova. Temeljito su raščlanjeni troškovi po prirodnim vrstama kao i fiksni te varijabilni troškovi te njihov utjecaj na cijenu prijevozne usluge. U radu se također ukazuje na važnost upravljanja troškovima, kao i na poznate modele upravljanja troškovima, s obzirom da poduzetnik za uspješno poslovanje treba poznavati modele upravljanja troškovima i njihov utjecaj na proces poslovnog odlučivanja.
Abstract (english)
The subject of graduation thesis is the management of costs at entrepreneur in the road freight transport, what through the business, through the calculation of the cost of transport, or the effect of the costs on the same. This work describes the concept of cost accounting, cost, cost classification, measurement and cost streams. Costs are thoroughly divided according to natural species as well as fixed and variable costs and their impact on the cost of transport services. This work also highlight the importance of cost management as well as known cost management models, because entrepreneur needs to know cost control models and their impact on the business decision-making process for successful business operations.
